We are into Dyeing, Printing, Digital Printing, Trading, and Exports of various kinds of natural and synthetic fabrics.
Our product line comprises of Sarees, Lehengas, Dress Materials, Kurtis, Western Wear Garments and so on.
For more than three decades, we have been supplying fabrics pan-India to major markets such as Gujarat, Rajasthan, UP, Bihar and South India.

The group made a modest beginning in New Delhi in 1974 when it started trading of synthetic fabrics, especially dress materials and sarees. The group gradually expanded to other areas geographically and in terms of value creation, consolidating itself qualitatively and quantitatively.
Prayagraj Dyeing & Printing Mills Pvt. Ltd. was established in Surat in 1990. It started primarily as a dyeing house specialising in synthetic fabrics. With time, Prayagraj expanded its horizons introducing flatbed and

manufacturing is estimated to contribute approximately 20% to global clean water pollution through dyeing and finishing processes. At Prayagraj, we take this responsibility seriously and strive to minimize our ecological footprint.Continually pursuing optimization, we actively explore greener technologies and sustainable practices. Here’s a brief overview of our ongoing endeavours:
- 100% of the waste water is either treated & recycled in our own plant or released into CETP Pandesara for safe disposal.
- 75% of the recycled water is reused in our own plant & the rest is used for agricultural and plantation purposes.
- We harvest 15million Litre+ rain water annually.
- We have 1 windmill of 2.25 MW to harness green power.
- We have international standards approved air pollution control systems including: TEMA, ESP and Water Scrubber to control air pollution.
- We avail the benefits of Emission Trading scheme.
